The large deck can be accessed by a handicap ramp, and gives lots of space for family gatherings while looking out over the lake. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area, and there are two bedrooms and a bath on the main level and one bedroom and bath upstairs. The neighborhood has lots of amenities for family and friends to enjoy such as a 12 acre lake for fishing and kayaking, pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, and shuffleboard. Chalets can only be rented through the Chalet rental program, and permanent resident living is not allowed.
